Job summary

Cribl, the AI-era telemetry platform, is seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager to drive security and IT sales in the US territory, based in Indianapolis with a remote-first approach. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, develop a robust business plan to overachieve goals, forecast precisely, and articulate Cribl's value up to CxO levels.

Channel-led motion and MEDDIC experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIOs)
• Experience with at least one early-stage startup <1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
• Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year and handling a complex sales process
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion
• Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions
• Background using MEDDIC

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
• Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Articulate Cribl's value proposition up to the engineer and up to the CxO level
• Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets
• As a remote-first company, work may span multiple time zones and occasionally outside normal hours
