Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Advanced Surgery in the United States. You will lead a regional team across Kentucky, Tennessee, Cincinnati, Asheville and surrounding areas, focusing on the Advanced Surgery portfolio and building strong clinician partnerships.

We value substantial travel, in-field coaching, and strategic planning to drive market access and patient outcomes. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in healthcare sales management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of sales management experience in medical device/healthcare space.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong business acumen including sales processes and forecast decisions.
• Willingness to relocate to the territory; familiarity with the posted territory is desired.
• Travel estimated at 50%+ across the assigned geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of SAMs, TBMs, and ARs in the assigned region to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop an integrated regional business plan including targeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Assist TBMs and SAMs in territory planning and alignment on goals and execution.
• Provide quarterly sales operating reviews to leadership.
• Hold weekly 4DX calls to share priorities and keep the team accountable.
• Spend time in the field coaching and developing staff.
