Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Territory Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio on location across the defined geography. You will drive direct sales, educate physicians, and build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals who rely on our products to save and sustain lives.

You will lead efforts to meet quotas, travel up to 50%+ across multiple states, and collaborate with hospital administrations and supply chains to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of all products and services.
• Growing awareness and educating physicians on the use of our products in on-label procedures.
• Calling on prospective customers, providing product information and demonstrations.
• Maintaining effective relationships with customers and building trust.
