Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Advanced Surgery portfolio in the Kentucky region and surrounding areas.

You will build strong partnerships with doctors and nurses, drive strategic execution, and guide a high-performing team to meet budget and growth objectives. The role requires 5+ years of medical device sales management, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel 50%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of sales management experience within medical device/healthcare space
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Individual must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate to it
• At least 50% travel is required and territory may span several states

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of SAMs, TBMs, and ARs in the assigned region to achieve and exceed targets
• Develop integrated regional business plan including targeting, forecasting and resource allocation
• Assist TBMs and SAMs in territory planning and cross-functional alignment
• Provide quarterly sales operating reviews to sales leadership
• Hold weekly 4DX calls to communicate priorities and accountability
• Spend field time coaching, training, and developing employees
