Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of sales management experience in medical device/healthcare.
• Experience in operating room environment.
• Willing to relocate to the territory and 50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of SAMs, TBMs, and ARs to achieve and exceed target budgets.
• Develop integrated regional business plans including forecasting and resource allocation.
• Provide quarterly sales operating reviews to sales leadership.
