Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Advanced Surgery to lead a multi-disciplinary sales team across Kentucky, Tennessee, Cincinnati OH, Asheville NC, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on growing the Advanced Surgery portfolio and building strong relationships with surgeons and nurses who use Baxter solutions daily.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of medical device sales leadership, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical device/healthcare sales; 5+ years of sales management experience.
• Experience in operating room environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of SAMs, TBMs, and ARs in the assigned region to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop regional business plans including forecasting and resource allocation.
• Provide quarterly sales reviews to leadership.
