Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Advanced Surgery portfolio across multiple states. You will be the primary link to doctors and nurses, building trust and driving regional results.

You will coach a team of SAMs, TBMs, and ARs, align regional goals with corporate strategy, and communicate with sales leadership through regular reviews. This role requires heavy travel and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of sales management experience in medical device/healthcare.
• Experience in an operating room environment is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to relocate to the current geography or within the region.
• Travel of at least 50% is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of SAMs, TBMs, and ARs in the assigned region to meet budgets.
• Develop an integrated regional business plan including targeting and forecasting.
• Support TBMs and SAMs in territory business planning.
• Align goals, objectives, strategy, and account execution.
• Provide quarterly sales operating reviews to leadership.
• Hold weekly 4DX calls to share priorities and maintain accountability.
• Spend field time coaching, training, and developing employees.
