Job summary

RIDE Mobility is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to drive growth and market penetration of EV School Bus in the US region. You will lead sales efforts, develop plans, and negotiate contracts while aligning with customer needs and regulatory developments.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 90% across multiple states. Prior EV/School Bus sales experience is preferred, with remote work flexibility and a strategic, independent mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Ability to travel up to 90%.
• Prior sales in School Bus or EV School Bus is preferred.
• Knowledge of EV school bus market, OEMs, incentives.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals in the designated region and/or market.
• Expand existing sales, develop new sales, and build an account portfolio in the designated area.
• Direct, develop, and execute sales plans and strategies to attain profitability and service levels.
• Monitor the market to identify opportunities and determine sales potential and inventory needs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and lead sales efforts.
• Align company initiatives with customer needs and regulatory developments in the region.
• Support product management, develop proposals, manage contracts, and report on performance.
• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
• Assist with pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Represent the company at trade associations and expos to promote products.
