Job summary

RIDE Mobility is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive EV School Bus adoption in the US market. You will manage regional accounts, develop strategic plans, and lead negotiations with school districts and suppliers.

This is a remote role aligned with Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin or Michigan territories. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales, strong communication, and a proven ability to travel to trade shows and client sites when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Ability to travel up to 90% for meetings and trade shows.
• Experience negotiating contracts with clients.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals in the designated region.
• Expand existing sales, develop new sales and build an account portfolio.
• Direct, develop, and execute sales plans and strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the market, identify opportunities, and develop strategies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and lead sales efforts.
• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
• Represent company at trade associations and expos.
