RIDE is transforming the transportation industry and seeks a passionate sales manager to drive growth and market penetration of EV School Bus in the US. You will help build RIDE EV School Bus history in the US market with a focus on Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin and surrounding markets.

The role requires B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills, the ability to travel up to 90% and work remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services; evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Ability to solve problems using logic and reasoning.
• Experience collaborating with others and building teams.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed sales goals in the designated region and/or market.
• Expand existing sales, develop new sales and build an account portfolio in the designated area.
• Direct, develop, and execute sales plans to improve profitability and service levels.
• Monitor and analyze the market to identify opportunities and determine sales potential.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and lead sales efforts.
• Travel to various states in the U.S. to meet customers and participate in trade shows.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients and assist with pricing for quotes and promotions.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings and expos.
