Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the Chicago region. This remote role requires travel to client sites within the territory and offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 plus a guaranteed commission ramp-up of $2,000/month for 3 months.

The company provides a strong benefits package and a path to build new logos and manage regional accounts. The Regional Sales Executive will own the full sales cycle, develop territory plans, and collaborate with a lead generation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and handoff to Account Management
• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring new mid-market customers
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Manager
• Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth
• Create and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue, retention and profitability
• Partner cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver exceptional customer support
• Resolve customer issues related to product quality, service, and account management by coordinating internal resources
• Monitor industry trends and market opportunities to identify new growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity, and forecasts in Salesforce
• Prepare customer pricing and estimates using ePac's quoting tools
• Represent ePac at trade shows and events
• Consistently achieve pipeline, new business and revenue growth objectives while driving customer satisfaction
