Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to grow new business within a defined geographic territory. This remote role in the Denver area requires travel to client sites in the region and across several states.

You will build relationships, close deals, and hand off accounts to management after one year. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 with a guaranteed $2,000 monthly commission ramp for three months.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
3-5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role.
Results oriented with hunting sales skills and a drive to prospect and close.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and expand accounts.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close new business with smooth transition to the Account Manager.
Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth.
