Job summary

ePac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the South West Region. This remote role, limited to Southern California residents, involves travel to client sites and managing a territory that spans several states.

The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 plus a guaranteed $2k/month commission ramp for 3 months, with strong benefits including medical options, vision, disability insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff.
• Develop territory plans to acquire new mid-market customers and expand existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transition to Account Management.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers to drive growth and profitability.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities.
