Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Mid Market Regional Sales Executive to drive new business within a defined Southeast territory. You will own the full sales cycle, build local relationships, and close deals with Strata 2 customers who value local, in-person engagement.

You will travel to client sites, coordinate with lead generation, and hand off new accounts to a dedicated Mid-Market Manager. This remote role offers comprehensive benefits and a commission structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or new business development experience with a track record of targets.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for new Strata 2 customers in assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory plans to identify high-potential local prospects.
• Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct on-site discovery meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Manage negotiation and closing of new mid-market accounts.
• Handoff new customers to Mid-Market Account Manager after onboarding.
• Enter customer information and updates into Salesforce.
• Travel within the Southeast region to client sites as required.
