Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the Cleveland region. This remote role covers the Cleveland area with travel to client sites within the territory.

The position offers a base salary range of $80,000–$90,000 plus commission and a guaranteed $2,000/month commission ramp for the first three months. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, building a territory plan, and growing new logo acquisitions while coordinating with our lead generation team and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B field sales experience with targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Experience in CPG or consumer goods sales is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring new mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and meetings.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
