Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to cover the Cleveland region. This remote role requires extensive travel within the territory and to client sites.

You will own the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and close new business, then transition accounts to an Account Manager after one year. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B sales, a hunter mindset, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years B2B field sales experience with a proven target attainment.
• Strong hunter mindset with prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff.
• Develop a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and grow accounts.
• Build a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings to tailor packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transition to Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers to drive growth.
• Create strategic account plans to boost revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve product/service issues coordinating internal resources.
• Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Prepare pricing estimates using quoting tools.
• Represent ePac at trade shows and customer events.
