Job summary

ePac Holdings, LLC seeks a Regional Sales Executive for the Cleveland region to drive new logo acquisition and expand the company's footprint in the Midwest. The role is remote but must reside in the Cleveland area, with travel to client sites within the territory.

You'll own the full sales cycle, develop territory plans, and collaborate with a lead-gen team to meet pipeline and revenue goals, while using Salesforce for forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3-5 years in a B2B field sales or new business development with targets.
• Results oriented with hunting sales skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• CPG knowledge preferable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and transition accounts to management.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth.
• Represent ePac at trade shows and events.
• Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
