Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate regional growth priorities into a weekly, executable plan for sellers and to own the regional cadence. You will coordinate across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, and Operations to accelerate growth and improve pipeline progression while traveling up to 50% as needed.

This remote-friendly role requires strong communication, planning, and data-driven decision making to drive regional results and ensure effective deal readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years in sales coordination, field ops, revenue ops or relevant PM roles.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning and cross-functional handoffs.
• Travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in-field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers, including pipeline priorities, call prep, follow-up strategy, and measurable goals.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence with dashboards and indicators to drive accountability.
• Design and lead the regional roadshow strategy and post-roadshow evaluation.
• Own quarterly Centers of Excellence events: plan, deliver open houses and site visits, evaluate results.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region with required documents and handoffs to Legal and Ops.
• Serve as regional Field Marketing liaison; align event strategy and post-event activities to maximize pipeline.
• Analyze regional execution performance using POD dashboards and lead/lag indicators.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy and adoption priorities.
• Lead cross-functional handoffs and resolve execution issues with Sales Ops oversight.
• Continuously improve the regional execution model through data-driven patterns and scaling.
