Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate regional growth goals into weekly seller plans and field actions. You will coordinate across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, and Operations to accelerate growth and improve physician engagement.

You will own regional pipeline execution, roadshow and event strategy, contract readiness, and post-event evaluation while working remotely with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, operations or related field required.
• 7+ years in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations or related project management roles.
• Experience translating strategic goals into actionable field execution.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in-field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers with measurable goals.
• Own regional operating rhythm and cadence, allocate resources, and drive accountability via dashboards.
• Design and lead regional roadshow strategy, asset planning, field coordination, and post-event evaluation.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region with proper documentation and handoffs.
• Act as regional Field Marketing liaison to align events and maximize ROI.
• Produce regional performance dashboards and advise leadership on improvements.
• Define and lead the region's AI strategy to improve seller productivity and engagement.
• Lead cross-functional handoffs and resolve execution issues across teams.
