Job summary

2020 Companies, partnering with Faraday Future Robotics, seeks a Regional Sales Director to own the Texas region’s growth and ROI. You will design the regional team, set priorities, and lead a cross-functional group to drive end-to-end revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities include managing full P&L, leading the regional team, coordinating CRM lead routing, and reporting to senior leadership. This role offers remote work within the Texas region and requires extensive travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in a sales leadership/regional management role.
• Experience owning full P&L and headcount planning.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and ROI for the region with end-to-end accountability for revenue and margins.
• Set regional development pace, priorities, and resourcing.
• Design and build the regional team structure and headcount plan.
• Lead and manage the regional team with targets and performance reviews.
• Arbitrate CRM lead routing and protect leads between direct KAMs and PAR partners.
• Represent the region in the monthly Sales Steering Committee and report pipeline health.
• Build the business case for additional regional investments based on ROI.
