2020 Companies, in partnership with Faraday Future Robotics, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to own the Texas region's growth. You will manage P&L, ROI, and regional strategy, with a built-in team model and the authority to shape headcount, priorities, and partner routing.

The role requires 8+ years of B2B sales, 3+ in leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel. Base salary $150,000 with commissions and OTE around $255,000; remote work within the Texas region.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in a regional/leadership role.
• Demonstrated success owning a full P&L, including headcount planning.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Own full P&L and ROI for the region - end-to-end accountability for outcomes.
• Set the region's development pace and priorities across ecosystems.
• Design and build regional team structure and hiring plan.
• Lead and manage the regional team and set targets.
• Arbitrate CRM lead routing and protect leads between KAMs and PAR partners.
• Represent the region in the Sales Steering Committee with pipeline updates.
• Build business cases for further regional investments.
