Job summary

FF Robotics Ecosystem Inc. is partnering with Faraday Future Robotics to identify a Regional Sales Director for a direct-hire opportunity in the Texas region.

You will own full P&L, set development pace, prioritize ecosystems, build a regional team, and report regional performance and ROI to the Sales Steering Committee. The role demands 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in sales leadership, strong cross-functional coordination, and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in a sales leadership or regional/territory management role.
• Demonstrated success owning a full P&L and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and ROI for the region with end-to-end accountability for business outcomes.
• Set development pace and priorities for ecosystems and hire a regional team.
• Arbitrate CRM lead routing and report regional performance to the Sales Steering Committee.
• Build the business case for further regional investment based on ROI.
