Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in owning P&L and resource allocation decisions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and ROI for the region with end-to-end accountability.
• Design and build the regional team structure based on market conditions.
• Manage the regional team and set individual and team targets.
