Job summary

2020 Companies is partnering with Faraday Future Robotics to identify a Regional Sales Director for a direct-hire opportunity. You will own the West region’s development pace, team build-out, P&L, and ROI, with a reference regional model but the final structure your call.

You will lead a cross-functional team, arbitrate lead routing, and report regional performance to the Sales Steering Committee, shaping investments and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in a sales leadership or regional/territory management role.
• Demonstrated success owning full P&L including headcount planning and resource allocation.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and ROI for the region with end-to-end accountability for revenue, margin, and team costs.
• Set development pace and priorities for ecosystems and resourcing based on market conditions.
• Design and build the regional team structure and headcount plan.
• Lead and manage the regional team; set targets and conduct performance reviews.
• Arbitrate CRM lead routing and protect channels between direct KAMs and PAR partners.
• Represent the region in the Sales Steering Committee and report on pipeline health and enablement progress.
• Build the business case for further regional investment based on ROI.
