2020 Companies is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Faraday Future Robotics in New York, NY. You will own the regional P&L, set development pace, design the team, and lead execution with accountability for ROI and performance across multiple verticals.

The role requires building a regional structure, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and reporting to the Sales Steering Committee. Mandarin bilingual is preferred; U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own full P&L and ROI for the region — total revenue, unit sales, gross margin, and the cost of the regional team.
• Set the region’s development pace and priorities, including ecosystems to prioritize, sequence, and resourcing.
• Design and build the regional team structure, adapting to regional realities beyond the starting model.
• Lead and manage the regional team, set targets, and conduct performance reviews.
• Arbitrate CRM lead routing and enforce protection between direct KAMs and PAR partners.
• Represent the region in the monthly Sales Steering Committee: report pipeline health and enablement progress.
• Build the business case for further investment in the region based on ROI.
