Job summary

FF Robotics Ecosystem Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Southeast region. This role is a direct-hire opportunity partnering with 2020 Companies, with full P&L responsibility and end-to-end accountability for regional business outcomes.

You will lead a regional team, set development pace, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product, Finance, Legal, and HR. Strong B2B sales leadership and Mandarin bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in a sales leadership or regional/territory management role.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills (Product, Finance, Legal, HR) and experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and ROI for the region - total revenue, unit sales, gross margin, and the cost of the regional team - with end-to-end accountability for business outcomes
• Set the region's development pace and priorities, including ecosystems to prioritize, in what sequence, and with what resourcing, based on the region's market conditions
• Design and build the regional team structure and hiring plan, adapting to regional realities
• Lead and manage the regional team once built: set targets and conduct regular performance reviews
• Arbitrate CRM lead routing and enforce lead-protection and non-circumvention rules between direct KAMs and PAR partners
• Represent the region in the monthly Sales Steering Committee: report pipeline health, hiring and enablement progress, and address blockers with cross-functional teams
• Build the business case for further investment in the region - new verticals, channel scale-up, or additional headcount - based on ROI
