Remote role with periodic travel to HQ and field events. Strong leadership, deep knowledge of specialty sales models, and proven success launching rare disease products are essential for success in this first-launch phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience with 5+ years in first-line leadership.
• Proven success launching specialty products and managing complex referral networks.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills; ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Specialty Account Managers to meet regional objectives.
• Translate national strategies into territory execution and aligned messaging.
• Coach on call plans, segmentation, and performance reviews; monitor territory data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Field Medical, and Ops to optimize engagement.
