Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years of proven biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience; leadership in rare disease or complex sales strongly preferred.
• Academic/teaching institution experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of high performance (Top 10% history, National awards, President's Club).
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Track record of KOL-relationship development.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Significant travel required; proximity to a major airport ideal.
• Launch experience and small start-up commercial experience a plus.

• Lead and develop Rare Disease Specialists in the region.
