Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing field-based sales team, driving a rare disease product launch and partnering with hospitals and IDNs. The role reports to the National Business Director and focuses on recruitment, coaching, and strategic execution across regions.
You will develop comprehensive regional plans, coach a KAM team, analyze performance, and coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to ensure
Formación
- 10+ years of proven success in Life Sciences.
- 4+ years of first-line sales leadership with hospital/IDN navigation.
Responsabilidades
- Hire, develop, train, coach and retain a high-performing field sales team.
- Develop and implement regional business plans to execute a launch strategy.
- Cultivate relationships with key influencers including C-suite and clinical leaders.
- Develop clinical, pharmaco-economic and business presentations for customers.
- Review product performance regionally and share insights with stakeholders.
- Foster accountability, coaching, and succession planning within the team.
- Analyze market dynamics, referrals, account segmentation and trends to optimize execution.
- Monitor demand-generation activities and adjust strategies to maximize results.
