Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics in the United States is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the first commercial launch and drive regional growth. You will translate national strategy into actionable plans, oversee a team of 8–12 territory managers, and build relationships with providers, health systems, and strategic accounts.

This fully remote biotech environment requires launch experience, strategic acumen, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals across cardiovascular/related markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership in a district/regional role.
• Proven launch experience; first-launch/startup biotech preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related markets.
• Strong business planning, analytical, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional plans and field priorities.
• Lead a team of 8–12 territory managers; drive performance and development.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations and HR.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and company standards.
