Cribl is seeking a Sales Director to lead a geographically aligned Enterprise Sales team across the Ohio Valley in a remote-first environment. You will attract top talent, nurture growth, and drive new logo acquisition and account expansion while consistently exceeding quarterly and annual targets.

You will report to the VP of Sales, build plans to overachieve goals, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to close, in a flexible, time-zone aware setting that values diversity

Qualifications

• Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across Ohio Valley
• Building a sales team and the future sales leaders of Cribl
• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
• Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
• Be part of a proven leadership team and contribute to the GTM strategy; reporting to the VP of Sales
