Cribl is seeking a Sales Director to lead a geographically aligned regional sales team across the Southeast. You will recruit and coach 5–7 Enterprise Sales Reps, drive new logo acquisition and account expansion, and build plans to consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets.

This remote-first role reports to the Sr Director, Sales and requires navigating complex enterprise deals, MEDDIC methodology, and a track record of exceeding growth metrics.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of leading Enterprise sales teams.
• A successful track record of overachievement annually.
• Experience leading sales teams who sell through security channel partners.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
• Experience with SAAS sales—cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Background of successfully selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000).
• Background using MEDDIC.
• Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
• Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning (bonus points).
