Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Southeast (Enterprise) to lead a geographically distributed enterprise sales team. The role is remote, based out of the Southeast, with focus on new logo acquisition and account expansion across Fortune 1000 accounts.

You will recruit, coach, and scale a team of 5–7 Enterprise Sales Reps, driving pipeline and closing large deals in SAAS, cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and security contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leading Enterprise sales teams.
• Experience selling through security channel partners is preferred.
• Track record of overachievement.
• Experience with SAAS sales—cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and security.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across the Southeast.
• Build a sales team and future sales leaders of Cribl.
• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
• Be part of a leadership team and help develop the GTM strategy.
