Cribl is hiring a Sales Director to lead a geographically aligned Regional Sales Managers team with a focus on new logos and account expansion. You will recruit and develop 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across the Ohio Valley, build the GTM and drive overachieving results.

This remote-first role reports to the VP of Sales and requires cross-time-zone collaboration. You will be part of a proven leadership team, with base salary between $200,000 and $215,000 USD plus commission and the Cribl benefits

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Enterprise sales teams with a track record of overachievement.
• Experience selling through security channel partners and navigating complex cycles.
• Background in SAAS sales—cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Known MEDDIC methodologies and ability to open/new accounts and build pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across Ohio Valley.
• Build the sales organization and future sales leaders for Cribl.
• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage sales activities from lead generation to close.
• Be part of the leadership team reporting to the VP of Sales.
