Capstone Search Group is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional to promote business development in the Employee Benefits space across a remote US territory. The role focuses on expanding broker networks, educating clients, and building out a new market with unique product offerings.

You will partner with top benefits brokers, develop strategic plans, and travel as needed to meet targets for premiums and member volume.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Employee Benefits sales, preferably in voluntary benefits/worksite marketing platforms.
• Based in Boston with an established and active network of brokers throughout the region.
• Experience educating brokers about unique products.
• Current A&H insurance license.
• Demonstrated commitment to utilizing CRM technologies.

Responsabilités

• Partner with your territory’s top benefits brokers to secure group agreements as a company-paid or payroll-deducted benefit to eligible employees.
• Developing key broker and consultant partnerships.
• Meeting and exceeding ambitious annual targets with a dual focus on growing total premiums and membership unit volume.
• Creating effective group-specific sales and marketing plans.
• Traveling regularly across the territory for face-to-face meetings.
