Job summary

Capstone Search Group is seeking a high-ambition Employee Benefits sales professional to promote in a new territory, educating brokers and clients, and building out a network that differentiates with a unique product.

You will partner with top benefits brokers, develop plans, travel across the territory, and aim to meet ambitious annual targets while leveraging CRM tools.

This role offers fully remote work, with compensation of $150k-$200k+ OTE plus robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Employee Benefits sales experience, preferably in voluntary benefits/worksite marketing platforms.
• Based in Georgia (Atlanta preferred) with an established and active network of brokers throughout the region.
• Current A&H insurance license.
• Demonstrated commitment to utilizing CRM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your territory’s top benefits brokers to secure group agreements as a company-paid or payroll-deducted benefit to eligible employees.
• Developing key broker and consultant partnerships
• Meeting and exceeding ambitious annual targets with a dual focus on growing total premiums and membership unit volume
• Creating effective group-specific sales and marketing plans
• Traveling regularly across the territory for face-to-face meetings
