Job summary

Capstone Search Group is recruiting for a high-ambition Employee Benefits sales professional to promote a new territory in the United States. You will educate clients and brokers, build out a network, and drive growth with a product differentiator in a fast-paced culture.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in Employee Benefits sales, based in the Boston area, with an established broker network and an active insurance license.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Employee Benefits sales experience, preferably in voluntary benefits/worksite marketing platforms.
• Currently based in Boston with an established and active network of brokers throughout the region.
• Current A&H insurance license.
• Demonstrated commitment to utilizing CRM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your territory’s top benefits brokers to secure group agreements as a company-paid or payroll-deducted benefit to eligible employees.
• Developing key broker and consultant partnerships.
• Meeting and exceeding ambitious annual targets with a dual focus on growing total premiums and membership unit volume.
• Creating effective group-specific sales and marketing plans.
• Traveling regularly across the territory for face-to-face meetings.
