Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of district/regional manager leadership.
• Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding goals.
• Prior launch experience; first-launch/startup biotech experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related markets preferred.
• Demonstrated business planning, analytical, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution for market entry.
• Translate national strategy into regional business plans.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals, market share targets, and KPIs.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
• Drive data‑driven decisions and disciplined execution.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain 8–12 territory managers.
• Develop relationships with providers and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations, and HR.
• Ensure compliance and manage regional budgets.
