Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the regional launch and growth of its first commercial product. This fully remote company operates within the United States, requiring strong field leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous execution of launch objectives.

You will build a high-performing team of territory managers, develop regional plans, and drive performance while adhering to compliance standards and Mineralys values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a district/regional role.
• Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding goals.
• Prior launch experience; first-launch/startup biotech experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national strategy into regional business plans and field execution priorities.
• Drive team to achieve sales goals, market share, and KPIs at launch and beyond.
• Monitor market dynamics, collect feedback, and adjust strategy in real time.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain territory managers; manage a team of 8–12.
