The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales with proven leadership and first-launch experience, and is prepared to travel up to 60% within the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years people leadership experience in a district/regional role.
• Proven success leading specialty sales teams.
• Prior launch experience required; first-launch/startup biotech experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure successful market entry and uptake.
• Translate national strategy into regional business plans and field execution priorities.
• Manage and coach a team of 8–12 territory managers; develop talent and succession plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers and strategic accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness and field support.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and budget management; forecast and report performance.
