Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems, a division of Amrize, seeks an experienced Regional Business Manager to drive revenue, market share and profit growth in New England and surrounding states. You will lead independent sales reps and create regional plans aligned with company strategy.

In this role you will forecast performance, monitor market trends, and mentor a sales team while collaborating with Senior Director of Sales and Product Management to win large projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Motivated self-starter.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional business plans driving share growth across target markets.
• Forecast region and key accounts; provide insights into performance.
• Lead and develop independent sales reps and regional managers.
