Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Roofing to own our largest multi-location roofing deals across markets. You’ll close high-value groups, with ownership from first meeting to signed contracts, guided by inbound leads and SDR-backed meetings.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Your focus is closing multi-location contracts, expanding locations and services after sign-off, and collaborating with strategists on proposals for the deals that matter

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annual deals on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large roofing accounts: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at multi-location groups.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing a group.
