Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects within the assigned region.

This is a remote role with regular travel to project sites, client meetings, and regulatory visits. You will develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, conduct audits, training, and First Article Inspections, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with QMS and SOPs.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and First Article Inspections.
• Train field teams on quality practices and documentation processes.
• Perform root-cause analyses and drive continuous improvement.
