Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the assigned Southwest region.

This remote role involves regular travel to project sites, training field teams, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with SOLV’s standards and industry regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in quality management within the solar/renewable energy sector, with knowledge of electrical construction and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in solar or renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman credentials are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy Quality Management System and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality systems and compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of projects and document findings.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (5-Why or 8D) and drive corrective actions.
• Provide training to project teams on QA/QC practices and SOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare management and client reports on quality performance.
