Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. The role requires remote work with regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulators to ensure compliance and quality excellence.

Responsibilities include developing quality plans, auditing sites, and training field teams on SOLV Energy’s procedures while maintaining strong collaboration with project teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP certifications are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30, Journeyman, or related qualifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contract requirements for each project.
• Establish and continually improve quality systems to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor project quality via regular inspections and audits, ensuring AHJ, installation instructions, and codes are followed.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, systems, and processes.
• Provide training and support on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues and improvements.
• Document findings and report regular QA/QC results to management and clients.
• Proficient use of Sunscreen software to document and report quality matters.
