SOLV Energy is hiring a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the assigned region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites and client meetings to ensure compliance with SOLV standards and industry regulations.

You will design quality plans, conduct audits, train field teams, perform root‑cause analyses, and maintain comprehensive documentation while collaborating with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and regulators.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar or renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30 or Journeyman preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the region.
• Perform audits, inspections, and First Article Inspections.
• Provide training to field teams on quality practices.
• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV SOPs and contracts.
• Maintain records and reports; conduct Root Cause Analysis when needed.
