Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects across the Southwest region. The role is remote with travel to project sites and client meetings, audits, and training of field teams.

You will implement quality plans, manage CAPAs, perform RCA, and ensure compliance with industry standards and SOLV SOPs; requires 5+ years in solar/renewables and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, OSHA 10, 30, Journeyman, etc. are all highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans that align with SOLV Energy’s Quality Management System, SOLV SOPs and contract requirements for each project.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, AHJ requirements, manufacturers instructions, and code compliance; identify areas for improvement.
• Manage quality control processes; oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, systems and processes.
• Train and support project teams on quality assurance and control practices, SOLV Energy’s Quality SOPs, SWIs, MOPs and guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document and report findings; maintain records and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Become proficient in SOLV’s Sunscreen software to train project teams and document quality matters.
