Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. You will develop quality plans, oversee audits, and drive continuous improvement with field teams.

This remote role requires regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulatory bodies. You will mentor teams, ensure compliance with SOLV SOPs, and report quality metrics to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar or renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and standards.
• Experience with audits, inspections and documentation.
• Proficient in quality management software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contracts.
• Establish and improve quality systems to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality through inspections, audits and corrective actions.
• Oversee testing, inspection and evaluation of materials and processes.
• Provide training on QA practices and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues.
• Document findings and report progress to management and clients.
• Use Sunscreen software to train teams and document quality matters.
• Conduct frequent audits on documentation, processes and vendor performance.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (5-Why or 8D) and implement CAPAs.
