Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the Southwest. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites, clients and regulators, plus site audits and training for field teams.

You will develop quality plans, monitor compliance, and coordinate CAPA actions while ensuring SOLV standards and industry regulations are met. Travel and training are core components of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management within solar or renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; OSHA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Quality Management System and contract requirements.
• Monitor and audit projects for compliance with standards, AHJ, and codes.
• Oversee testing, inspection and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs.
• Lead root cause analysis (5-Why or 8D) and drive CAPA actions.
• Perform frequent documentation audits and prepare management reports.
