Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the assigned Southwest region.

This remote role requires travel to project sites, clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with SOLV Energy standards and industry regulations. The role involves developing quality plans, conducting audits, performing root cause analysis, and training field teams on SOLV Energy procedures and the Sunscreen software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans that align with SOLV Energy’s Quality Management System, SOPs and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits of ongoing and completed projects to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Train and support project teams on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs, SWIs, and MOPs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to address quality-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document and report findings, maintaining detailed records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
